Happy National S’mores Day!!
I know we won’t be camping today, but knew we could still celebrate by having some S’mores Goodness at our home. I decided I wanted to try something new and came up with the next recipe. Not only was it quick and easy, but it was yummy, and everyone liked it!!
I hope you enjoy these Mini S’mores Pies as much as we did! 
Mini S'mores Pies

Mini S'mores Pies that are perfect for individual servings and for get-togethers.
Ingredients
Print This Recipe
- Mini Graham Crusts
- 1 3.3 oz. box chocolate pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup cool whip
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Make pudding as directed on box and pour into graham crusts. Refrigerate.
- Combine cool whip and marshmallow fluff and mix well. Spoon or pipe onto pudding.
- Top with chocolate sprinkles and enjoy!

I am LOVING These new Mini Pie Crusts (which I found at Wal-mart)!!! I’ve made a few desserts with them, so stayed tuned over the next few months for some more desserts using them.
