Recipe Tips
This best baked bqq chicken recipe will be moist and packed with flavor with these tips.
- Baking different cuts. Use the following information as a guide when baking at 375ยฐF. Verify with a meat thermometer that the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF.
- boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs: bake for 25-30 minutes
- bone-in breast or thigh: bake for 45-50 minutes

Thank you for sharing! I’m gonna made this tommorow for lunch!
I have this in the oven now. I tasted the sauce and it had way too much vinegar and I didn’t even use the entire 1/2cup. I looked at the recipe many times to see if I had made a mistake. I ended up adding more brown sugar and more ketchup to try to even it out. I’m hoping that the vinegar cooks out.
That looks amazing!! Yum!!!
