We Love Easy Appetizers!

We love classic bruschetta, but we decided to make another version that was even more simple and still just as delicious.

Today’s classic Italian appetizer comes from my Aunt Georgie who has been making this easy bruschetta recipe for as long as I can remember.

Why we love them:

  • Quick + simple! Just a few minutes to throw together with only 5 ingredients!
  • Tasty. Few ingredients and amazing flavor – what more could you ask for?!
  • Perfect for sharing. It will be a great addition to any function or get-together.

And be sure to check our Bruschetta Chicken – which we love to make when we have leftover bruschetta mixture!

Storing Info

  • Serving. Keep it out for up to 2 hours and store it in an airtight container until ready to serve.
  • Make ahead of time. Add all the ingredients except for the canned tomatoes and basil, save those until right before serving. Once it’s made, this can be kept in an air-tight container in the fridge for 24-48 hours.
