This Frozen Strawberry Dessert is made with a buttery graham cracker crust and creamy frozen strawberry filling. Topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, it’s the perfect summery treat!
This recipe has the same cold and fruity vibes as our No Bake Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping (and similar ingredients, too), except the strawberry flavor is blended throughout. It’s one of our favorite frozen desserts!
Cool, Creamy Strawberry Dessert
Do you like making cool, summer treats?? I sure do!!
This next recipe happens to be one of those delicious recipes that you just can’t go wrong with! It takes some time to freeze but doesn’t take long to put together.
It has some of my favorite ingredients, including strawberries, orange juice, cream cheese and whipping cream. And with a graham cracker crust it makes it even better!
I don’t want to call this an ice cream cake because technically there is no ice cream, but it tastes just as good. We’ll have to call it a “Frozen Strawberry Dessert”.
How to Make It
CRUST. Add graham crackers crumbs to a spring form pan, add melted butter and stir together until well combined and press evenly into bottom and up the sides. Put in the freezer while making the rest of this recipe.
STRAWBERRY MIXTURE. Blend 2 cups strawberries, ⅓ cup sugar, and orange juice until smooth. Set aside.
With a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and strawberry mixture.
COMBINE & FREEZE. Pour over your graham crust and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm.
SERVE. Serve cold, topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices.
Variations
- You can replace the strawberries with other berries such as blueberries or raspberries. You can also use pears or peaches.
- Prepare it with any other type of your favorite juice.
- Top with pink sprinkles
Crust Options: If you are wanting other crust options then try pretzels, any kind of cookie (Oreos, Chips ahoy) or you can also use crushed nuts.
Fresh strawberries are always best in my opinion, but you can use frozen strawberries if you’d like. Just let them thaw enough to be able to blend with the other ingredients.
Making Ahead & Storing
Make ahead: You can make this frozen strawberry dessert up to 2 weeks in advance! I recommend making it closer to the date it will be served because it is always best eaten 1-2 days after it is made. But it can definitely be stored for longer.
Keep it STORED in the freezer wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and foil. When ready to serve, let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes until just soft enough to slice. Add any toppings right before serving. Keep leftovers stored the same way.

A cold, strawberry dessert is just what our family loves!! Graham cracker crusts are the best with these kinds of desserts.
This dessert is so festive and beautiful! My whole family loved it!
Loved it! The cool and creamy filling is beyond amazing! All of my crew gives it five stars!
This was such a delicious strawberry dessert! I can’t believe how quickly in came together.
Thank you!! I love when easy and yummy come together. I’m so glad you enjoyed it!
Yum! Yum! Yum! I modified the process a bit by using about 3 cups of frozen strawberries, blended until smooth in my ninja then added sugars and cream cheese, blended more. Instead of whipping the cream first – I slowly added the liquid o the mixture. I’m so happy with the way it turned out! Great recipe!
What size spring form pan??
It would work in either a 9 or 10 inch spring form pan. Whichever you have!
I found my next birthday dessert. Strawberries are my favorite and I always try a new dessert using them for my birthday. Last year I made your strawberry cake with strawberry frosting. This year I’m making this!
