Hope your summer is in full swing but I know in some parts of the country it’s time to be thinking about back to school. Ugh! That means back to school shopping – clothes and supplies. Another thing you might want to put on your to-do list are these Peanut Butter Snack Bites. I’m not sure about your kiddos but mine always walked in the door starving and couldn’t wait to have a snack. These bites are full of creamy peanut butter, oats, mini M&Ms, mini chocolate chips, honey and craisins. Just the right snacking size to get them through to dinner time and energy to start that {dreaded} homework!
Peanut Butter Snack Bites Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup mini M&Ms
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup craisins chopped
Instructions
- Mix together the honey and peanut butter
- Add in the remainder of the ingredients
- Shape into balls (about walnut size)
- Store in air tight container in refrigerator
Only 6 ingredients for these tasty little bites!
Use a small scooper or use your hands to shape
Watch them disappear!
