So many Layers!
We tried a new recipe recently that we knew you would love! It’s called Brownie Delight, and it’s a new family favorite.
There are several layers including a Brownie layer, cream cheese + whipped topping layer, pudding layer and another whipped topped layer! Sounds good, right? It is!
We love that this treat is full of flavor, is cool and perfect all year long. With so many layers, there is bound to be at least a few you are obsessed with. Just try it because I think you’ll agree. ๐
Making Brownie Delight
BROWNIES. Prepare brownies according to directions (you can do box brownies or our homemade brownies). Cool completely
CREAM CHEESE. In bowl, beat powdered sugar and cream cheese for 2 minutes. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping. Spread over brownies.
WHIPPED CREAM. In another bowl, combine milk and pudding mix, beat until smooth. Chill 5 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
CHILL & ENJOY! Spread remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Chill until ready to serve!
Storing Tips + VAriations
This brownie delight keeps well in the fridge and the freezer. You can also make this ahead of time and store leftovers to be eaten later.
- STORE covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- FREEZE for an especially cold treat on a hot summer day. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and again with aluminum foil and freeze for 2-3 months. Tip: cutting the brownie delight when itโs only slightly thawed makes for even, clean slices.
Change it Up
I love this dessert as it is, but it can easily be adjusted with other pudding options.
Simply substitute the white chocolate pudding mix for vanilla, chocolate, butterscotch or any other pudding you think would taste delicious.

This recipe sounds delicious and the pictures are great. There seems to be a layer of something between the cream cheese layer and the pudding layer. Is it caramel?
It’s the pudding layer. ;D
How sweet that you did that! Way to go! And this looks delcious!!
Looks so tasty! Making this sometime this week!
Love the new hair cut!! What a great gift you gave to some kid ๐
That looks amazing and way to go on the hair! You are an amazing girl.
That’s awesome Lily! So brave, lol! My little grandaughter, (she’s 4), also cut her long golden hair. You both look beautiful! And by the way, your Brownie Delight looks yummy!
That is so cool that you donated hair. About 5 years ago my granddaughter grew her hair for @ 2 years. My daughter cut @ 12″ off her hair and they donated it to “Locks for Love”. Just this past year my husband went through aggressive chemo and lost all his beautiful thick hair. The hair his granddaughter donated had a deeper meaning for our family. Such a wonderful sacrifice for a young girl. Thumbs up!!
Lily you still look very cute. I like your hair and that was nice of you to donate to someone who really needs it due to a sickness or cancer because otherwise they would be bald. I like your recipe too Lily. You did a good job. Have a good day and a Fun Week!
What beautiful hair! Some little boy or girl is going to be lucky to get it ๐
