Ingredients
PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 40 minutes
- 1 (17.5-ounce) package Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
- ½ cup butter – How to Soften Butter Quickly
- 1 egg
- 1 cup butterscotch chips – or peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips – or semi-sweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup flaked coconut – I like to use sweetened coconut for the best flavor and texture, but unsweetened can be used as well.
