A Cheesy Favorite!

We are BIG fans of Mozzarella Sticks and these pesto caprese croissants are an elevated twist that are delicious!

Mozzarella, tomato, and pesto are wrapped in a flaky croissant and baked to perfection. Dip them in marinara and forget about it!! They’re heaven. We love to serve them as an appetizer, but they could easily be a main dish – think flavors similar to a Margherita Pizza.

Even better – they’re on the table in UNDER 30 minutes!! Quick and simple with a canned dough shortcut, this cheesy goodness is so easy the kids can make it (and ours do)!

WHY WE LOVE IT:

  • Simple ingredients. We used a canned dough shortcut with simple, fresh ingredients to make these extra easy!
  • In under 30 minutes! From start to finish these are ready no time.
  • The flavors. Melted mozzarella in a soft, flaky croissant is tasty on it’s own – add tomato, pesto, and garlic butter and it’s next level!
