Pink punch is, by far, our family’s FAVORITE drink.
We have this pineapple lemonade soda at most family functions because it’s easy, refreshing, and of course, SO delicious. Pink party punch only requires three ingredients and can be made in a minute, which is also a bonus.
We can’t remember where we got the recipe because we’ve been having it for years, but we can promise you this – if you try it, you’ll LOVE it! It’s especially good to drink on a hot summer day because it is quite refreshing.
We love delicious, refreshing drinks that are kid-friendly!! This version is a classic at parties, baby showers, weddings, and holidays. For more favorites, check out Cherry Limeade, Sprite Lemonade, and our delicous Blue Punch.
Why we think you’ll love it:

Pink Punch Ingredients and Substitutions
- 1 (48-ounce) can DOLE pineapple juice – We use DOLE pineapple juice, but other brands can be used.
- 1 cup pink lemonade mix – or another flavor of lemonade
- 1 (2-liter) bottle Sprite or 7UP – or another lemon-lime soda or ginger ale

How to Make Pink Punch
- MIX. Add pineapple juice and lemonade mix to a large pitcher. Right before serving, add 2 liter of Sprite and mix well. Add ice and ENJOY!

Kristyn’s Recipe Tips
- This punch looks so delicious and pretty in a glass pitcher, bowl, or beverage dispenser. To really make it shine, add sliced lemons, pineapple rings, and strawberries.
- Do not mix the powder with water as stated on the can. You are only using the lemonade powder in the recipe.
- Be sure to mix the lemonade with the pineapple juice. If you add the powder last, then it will fizz so much that it overflows.
- Pink lemonade is our favorite to use, but regular yellow lemonade, blue raspberry lemonade, or cherry limeade lemonade mix can be used.
- Ice cubes can melt and water down the punch. We like to add complementary frozen fruits to the punch bowl. Another idea is to make a small batch of punch ahead of time and freeze it into ice cubes.

Made this for a friends baby shower and it was a huge hit! I will definitely be making again. Thank you for sharing.
You’re welcome! I’m so glad to hear the punch was enjoyed!
Would adding sherbet decrease the carbonation?
It might a little. I imagine the more you stir the sherbet in, the more the carbonation decreases? But I haven’t tried this with sherbet before. You’ll have to let me know how it turns out if you do… and if it loses its carbonation.
I’ve got to make this. It sounds so good. The only thing I would do is add pineapple or lime sherbet.
That would be a tasty addition as well. Hope you enjoy the drink!
I plan on making this for a baby shower. I’m going to be making 1.5-2 gallons, would doubling the recipe be enough?
Yes, that should be about right!
This looks really good! but I would like to serve alcohol in it. Any requests for alcohol to put in the punch?
Would appreciate the feedback! Thank you!
I wish I could help you on that but I don’t drink alcohol so I wouldn’t be able to give you the best advice on what kind of alcohol goes best with this pineapple pink lemonade soda. Sorry about that!
I work with 46 teenage girls and this is the punch that they love for special occasions! So easy too!
Oh that’s so awesome to hear!! So glad that the punch it a hit!
Love this! I don’t understand those who say it isn’t pink, unless they are using pink lemonade, versus just the pink lemonade MIX.
Love this! I don’t understand those who say it isn’t pink, unless they are using pink lemonade, versus just the pink lemonade MIX. I used Kool-aide brand unsweetened and it balanced well with the sweetness of the pineapple juice.
How much ice do I need to add?
The less ice you use, the less watered down the punch will become. So I’d recommend making sure the pineapple juice and sprite are cold so you can use less. Then just add as much ice to the pitcher as you feel you need to keep it cold.
If I don’t have Lemonade mix but have ready-made pink Lemonade how much of it do I add?
You could try using the same amount as the mix. The flavor ratios might be slightly different since you are using a ready-made lemonade, but I imagine it will still taste yummy. You just might have to play around with the amount of lemonade until it is the amount you like.
Hello. About how many 1 cup scoops can you get out out of the 19 Oz can of Pink Lemonade mix?
You should be able to get two full 1 cup scoops with a little leftover.
