  • Margherita. sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil
  • Cheese. mozzarella and parmesan, but you can use your favorite cheese such as cheddar
  • Sauces. classic marinara, creamy garlic parmesan, barbecue, and buffalo
  • Hawaiian. ham/Canadian bacon and pineapple

How to Make Pizza Dip

  1. PREP. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. SAUCES. Pour cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, pepper, and salt into a medium bowl. Mix and stir until smooth and pour into 9×13 pan. Spread pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer.
  3. TOPPINGS. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese (and other cheeses if desired – like Parmesan cheese). You can also add any seasonings like pizza seasoning or Italian seasoning. Add your toppings: pepperoni slices, sausage, crumbles bacon, etc.
  4. BAKE. Bake for 23-25 minutes (or until bubbly).
  5. SERVE. Serve with crackers, bread sticks, or pita chips. ENJOY warm!

Crock Pot Directions

  1. Crisp up the pepperoni in a skillet before adding it to the pot otherwise, it can get too soft.
  2. Add the cream cheese mixture to the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the pizza sauce, then top it with cheese and crisp pepperoni.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW heat for at least an hour.

Serving + Storing Info

Serving suggestions. We served it up with pita chips, but you could use Breadsticks, French Bread, Tortilla Chips, bagel chips, pretzels, crackers, Garlic Bread, Garlic Knots, or baguette slices.

  • STORE. The leftover pizza dip appetizer can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • FREEZE for 4-6 weeks. Note that while it still tastes delicious the texture will be altered just a bit after it thaws.

This dip is to die for!! We had some homemade bread to use with it & it was gone so fast! For some reason, pizza as a dip is just so much better!
