Strawberry Nutella pizza is pure dessert joy, like turning pizza night into a party. Warm crust, Nutella, and sparkly berries make every slice a happy bite. It looks fancy, but it is so simple to make.
The magic is in the mix: crisp edges with a soft center, silky chocolate with juicy strawberries, sweet banana, and a little almond crunch. It tastes like a bakery treat. Best of all, the recipe makes two pizzas, so you have enough to keep a secret stash.

Why we think you’ll love it:
- Budget friendly. Use a basic dough recipe plus a few simple toppings.
- Kid approved. Combines familiar flavors with a fun pizza format.
- Customizable. Go ahead and add differnt sweet toppings like coconut and mini marshmallows.
Strawberry Nutella Pizza Ingredients
- Instant yeast (1 teaspoon) – Yeast jump-starts the rise, so the crust bakes light and airy. See How to Activate Yeast for tips.
- Sugar (¼ teaspoon) – Sugar feeds the yeast and helps the crust brown.
- Warm water (¾ cup) – Water activates the yeast and brings the dough together.
- Salt (½ teaspoon) – Salt balances sweetness and strengthens the dough’s structure.
- Olive oil (1 tablespoon) – Oil tenderizes the crumb and adds subtle flavor.
- All purpose flour (1 ½ to 2 cups) – Flour provides the body of the crust and traps air for a soft interior.
- Banana, sliced, optional (1 small) – Bananas add creamy sweetness that pairs nicely with chocolate hazelnut.
- Strawberries, sliced (1 pint) – Strawberries bring fresh, juicy bites that brighten the rich topping.
- Almonds, sliced (2 tablespoons) – Almonds add toasty crunch and a hint of nuttiness.
- Nutella, divided (¾ cup) – Nutella creates the signature chocolate hazelnut layer and a pretty drizzle.
- Powdered sugar, optional (to dust) – It finishes the pizza with a light, sweet coating.
How to Make Strawberry Nutella Pizza
CRUST. Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water in a mixing bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. Add salt, oil, and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead a few times on a floured countertop just till smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
FORM. Divide dough in half. Roll each portion into an 11-12″ circle.
BAKE. Place on a pizza stone or cookie sheet. Poke all over with a fork. Bake at 500° for about 8-10 minutes, or till browned.

TOPPINGS. After your crust is browned, spread a layer of Nutella on top then place on a few slices of bananas and fresh strawberries, then sprinkle with sliced almonds.
I also like to warm some extra Nutella and drizzle it over the top. If you want to get really fancy, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar over the top.

Kristyn’s Recipe Tips
- If you don’t have time to make a homemade crust, you can use a pre-made store-bought pizza crust.
- Roll your crust onto a piece of parchment paper and place the dough and paper right on top of the pizza stone or baking pan to bake.
- Set out extra toppings so everyone can finish slices their way. Ideas include cream cheese spread, blueberries, raspberries, coconut flakes, mini chocolate chips, and marshmallows.

Wouldn’t this burn if you cook it for 8 minutes?

Looks super yummy! Can’t wait to try it!!! 😋
It’s one of my favorites! I hope it becomes one of yours too.
Sometimes the Nutella can be overpowering too sweet, try mixing with ricotta, it’s very good with ricotta mixed with the Nutella.
Great idea!! Love ricotta! Thank you!
I’m a bit confused (disclaimer: I am a single dad just getting into cooking). There is a link to your homemade pizza dough recipe at the beginning of this article, and then there is a list of ingredients for homemade pizza dough within this recipe. The ingredient list quantities are different between the two and don’t seem to have the same ratios. Are they different recipes? Which to use?
(Judging from my experience) you should probably use the recipe on THIS website. But either recipe would probably be fine. BUT THEN, I am Not the maker of this recipe, so this is just my opinion. And this is jut what I would do if I were you.
