Sweet & Creamy

I am obsessed with fruit! It is the best “sweet treat” that I don’t ever feel guilty about snacking on.

Grapes, strawberries, pineapple, apples, watermelon – you name it! I love them all, and especially love having them with some yogurt dip.

I’ve shared a few easy fruit dips here on the blog before, like our Cream Cheese Fruit Dip and Nutella Fruit Dip. This easy dip recipe is one we love just as much – Yogurt Fruit Dip!

Not only does it have yogurt, but it also has cream cheese, vanilla pudding mix, and Cool Whip (Whipped Cream works great too)! It’s the perfect dip to serve at your next party.

How to make Yogurt Fruit Dip

There are only FOUR ingredients in this Yogurt Fruit Dip Recipe!

  1. Cool whip
  2. Cream cheese
  3. Vanilla yogurt
  4. Vanilla pudding mix

JUST BLEND. Simply mix the four ingredients together with a hand mixer, and voila! You have a nice, creamy, vanilla-flavored dip for your fruit. Serve in a bowl with a platter of your favorite fruit!

Serving suggestions

SERVE this Easy Fruit Dip with Yogurt with any fruit of your choice. We love strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, pineapple, grapes, banana slices, and apples! Fruit Kabobs are a cute and tasty option.

  • Fresh fruit. Some fruits, like apples, tend to brown while sitting out. To help them stay looking fresh, use a package of “Fresh Fruit”. It’s found in the baking aisle near the canning jars.
  • Dippables. Dipping fruit is the most popular choice, but things like Graham Crackers, granola bars, Oreo Cookies, and wafer cookies are also delicious.

Recipe Tips

Pudding. Use a box of INSTANT pudding and not the Cook N Serve kind. Only use the pudding powder in the recipe. Do not make the pudding.

Lighten it up by using reduced-fat cream cheese or light yogurt. It will still come out creamy and delicious!

Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Dip flavor variations:

  • Add a bit of flavor: sprinkle on some cinnamon or brighten it with some lemon zest.
  • Adjust the flavor: use cream cheese-flavored pudding mix or white chocolate-flavored pudding mix.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

STORE this Fruit Dip with Vanilla Pudding in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5-6 days.

Recipe FAQ

Can I substitute the yogurt?

Yes! You can swap the vanilla yogurt with greek yogurt for a lighter take.

How can you add more sweetness to this dip?

One quick way to do this is to drizzle on some honey or maple syrup for added sweetness and flavor. For more ideas, refer to the recipe tips in this post!

Super delicious with fruit! But we also served this up with Nilla Wafers & Gingersnap cookies. So delicious! Personally, I like a little dip on a gingersnap and then topped with half a strawberry. Great snack to serve the kids after school! Love this!
