- ¾ cup olive oil – extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar – or use white balsamic vinegar for the same taste but a clear color
- 1 clove garlic, minced – How to Mince Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
How to Make Balsamic Vinaigrette
- MIX. Combine ¾ cup olive oil, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon honey, and salt and pepper, to taste in a mason jar with a lid.
- Shake vigorously until combined well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
