Honey Glazed Carrots

Roasted Carrots

Can you guys believe that Easter is just around the corner? We love all the holidays around the Merkley home so the kids are super excited that one of their favorite days is coming up. We love to gather with friends and family, eat, enjoy one another’s company and of course have Easter Egg Hunts. Since all of our gatherings center around food, we’ve already been thinking about a menu – from the main dish to the sides and desserts. One of the sides we plan to make are Honey Glazed Carrots.

If you haven’t had roasted carrots before, they are one of the easiest and most delicious side dishes you can make. They are flavorful, soft and perfect for any dinner (especially holiday dinner).

I just like to add maybe a pinch to the water, to boil the carrots 🙂 Gives them an added flavor.
