For my daughter’s high school Spanish class, she had to make a Mexican recipe to bring in, she chose this. The recipe was easy for her to follow and turned out amazing.
I do not think most of these are mexican. Why is everything churro related, not every mexican dish has churros.
Some are a spin on the Mexican dessert flavors (like the churro popcorn and toffee), but many are based on traditional Mexican desserts, like Flan, Tres Leches Cake, Fried Ice Cream, etc. Hope you will give some a try!
Your sopapillas & fried ice cream are my favorite!! I haven’t ever been a huge fan of Mexican desserts until recently & now that’s all I want!
