No Bake Oreo Pie
Awhile back we had some friends over and I wanted to come up with something new. I put a few things together and was so happy with the result. I’m calling this one: OREO PUDDING PIE!
Why we love it:
- Loved by All. It’s a hit with kids and adults alike!
- Quick + Simple. It’s prepped in 15 minutes and very easy to make.
- Perfect for Holidays. It’s great for holidays like Thanksgiving to offer a greater variety than the typical Pumpkin, Apple and Pecan pies.
When we first made this recipe there was no such thing as Oreo pudding, but there now is, so next time we make it we will make Oreo pudding instead of the white chocolate pudding / vanilla pudding layer.
How to make Pudding Pie
- OREO CRUST. This pie all begins with the crust. You can buy these pre-made at the store or you can make a homemade Oreo Pie Crust.
- CREAM CHEESE. In a medium mixing bowl, combine your cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and part of the whipped cream. Layer this mixture on top of your Oreo crust and then make the pudding of your choice.
- PUDDING. We typically use vanilla or the white chocolate instant pudding mix (regular chocolate works great!) but now with the new Oreo pudding, any version would be great.
- WHIPPED CREAM. Top your pudding pie with whipped cream and add Oreos (and crushed Oreo crumbs) to the top of the pie.
Tip. Put the Oreos in a Ziploc bag and hit it/roll over it with a rolling pin it will get it all crushed and ready to pour over the pie.
Recipe tips + SToring info
Variations
- Alongside crushed Oreos you can top it with a chocolate syrup drizzle or more whipped cream.
- Use an 8×8 or 9×9 pan to get square slices instead of traditional pie slices
- Pipe the whipped topping on for a pretty effect!
STORE it refrigerated and covered all the time. Pudding pies don’t last super long, so I wouldn’t guess more than a week.
If you want to make it a day or two ahead of time that should be fine. I wouldn’t suggest longer than that or you risk the crust getting soggy under the pudding filling.

I love your sweet post about beautiful Evie! I had to laugh too b/c my Camille turned one last weekend, and she also has a favorite monkey that she can pick out of a line up, ha ha. Hope you are having a wonderful birthday with your adorable daughter 🙂
Thanks for the kind words, Rebecca!! Isn’t it funny how little kids can pick out their fav animals? Evie loves her monkey (“mono” as we call it). It’s so cute!! I can’t wait to post pics from the party but am still trying to re-coop from it – lol!!! 😀
Do I use all 3 puddings or choose one? If I use all 3vdo I only use that 1 amount of milk?
You choose one of the 3oz. size puddings to use – either white chocolate, vanilla or Oreo. The milk amount would stay the same as it states in the recipe ingredient list. Hope this helps!
Happy Birthday to your sweet girl. She’s sure a cutie!
Thanks, girl!! She is so fun!! Hope you are doing well. Can’t wait to meet you in person in a few weeks!! XO

Hi Maddy! Thank you so much for the sweet words. Yes, I just bought the Oreo Crust from the store. I’ve made them before too and it’s really just crushed oreos and melted butter. You can google: How to make oreo crust for a recipe. It just seemed easier for me to buy the crust from the store. 🙂
