Who doesnโt love pizza? Especially when itโs Taco Bell Mexican pizza?!
Weโve taken all of our FAVORITE Mexican flavors and created a tasty twist to recreate a best-loved Taco Bell recipe.
Like the original, our Taco Bell Mexican pizza uses flash-fried taco-sized flour tortillas with seasoned ground beef and refried beans sandwiched in between. Taco Bell uses a red pizza sauce, which is combined with enchilada sauce or salsa, our version uses just red enchilada sauce.

Taco Bell Mexican Pizza Ingredients
Pizzas
- Ground beef (1 pound): Savory, hearty filling that brings classic taco flavor.
- Taco seasoning (1 (1-ounce) packet): Seasons the meat quickly and evenly. Or use homemade Taco Seasoning.
- Water (โ cup): Helps bloom the seasoning and coat the crumbles.
- Vegetable oil (1 cup): Fries tortillas crisp so the layers stay sturdy.
- Flour tortillas, taco size (8): The โcrustsโ for each pizza, light and crunchy after frying. Store-bought or homemade Flour Tortillas can be used.
- Refried beans (1 (15-ounce) can): Creamy layer that helps everything stick and adds hearty texture.
- Red enchilada sauce (1 (10-ounce) can): Saucy, tangy topper that ties the flavors together.

- Sliced green onion: Mild onion bite and color for a fresh finish.
- Sliced olives: Salty, briny note that balances the richness.
- Sour cream: Cool, creamy dollop that complements the spicy layers.
