Who doesn’t love pizza? Especially when it’s Taco Bell Mexican pizza?!
We’ve taken all of our FAVORITE Mexican flavors and created a tasty twist to recreate a best-loved Taco Bell recipe.
Like the original, our Taco Bell Mexican pizza uses flash-fried taco-sized flour tortillas with seasoned ground beef and refried beans sandwiched in between. Taco Bell uses a red pizza sauce, which is combined with enchilada sauce or salsa, our version uses just red enchilada sauce.
It has the perfect crispy texture! The kids are beyond thrilled when this is on the menu! You may want to double (or triple) the recipe.
