  1. Allison says:

Looks wonderful. Do the tater tots come out crispy or sort of soggy? Could you cook them up before to make them crispy? TIA

    1. Lil'Luna Team says:

They aren’t crispy, but they aren’t necessarily soggy. Just soft, more hash brown like. The tots on top have a more crispy texture though! You could certainly try cooking them up before. I haven’t tried that, but if you do, you’ll have to let us know how it turns out!

  2. Diane says:

Can you prepare this the night before and put it in the oven the next day?

    1. LilLunaTeam says:

Yes you sure can! Just make it as instructed, but store the egg mixture in an air-tight container for up to 24 hours in advance. Pour the egg mixture over the tots right before baking and finish cooking as instructed.

    I don’t have tater tots.

    1. Kristyn Merkley says:

You sure could. Just replace them, wherever the tater tots are used. Hope you like it!

    1. Kristyn Merkley says:

Glad you liked it! I am sorry about it being soggy. That would be my only suggestion, keeping it in longer. Maybe, you could lower the temp, to keep in longer.
