We LOVE grilling hamburgers, and this burger seasoning recipe is our FAVORITE way to transform our patties into a flavor explosion!

Forget those pre-made packets; we’re talking about a quick and simple mix you can whip up with stuff you probably already have in your pantry.

The best part? It’s totally customizable. We personally love a good mix of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little cayenne and paprika for that extra kick.

Making your own seasoning is ridiculously simple. You can even make a big batch and store it in an airtight container for future burger nights.

So, next time you’re firing up the grill or baking up a batch of burgers, don’t forget the seasoning!

Why we think you’ll love it:

  • Pantry staples. We used seasonings we always have on hand, so we can whip this mixture up anytime!
  • Not just for burgers. A good burger seasoning isn’t just for burgers. You can use it to season all sorts of things, from chicken and pork to roasted veggies and potatoes.
  • Always on hand! It’s ready in minutes and can be stored for future seasoning needs.
