Just Cream Cheese and Salsa!

It’s no secret that we love chips and salsa in our house! We have red salsa, green salsa, and lots of tasty chunky versions.

We took a twist on our classic salsa, and mixed it with cream cheese! This new concoction is creamy, tangy, and perfect with Tortilla Chips. Cream cheese salsa dip is a new fast favorite!!

This is perfect for serving at parties as a quick and easy appetizer. It literally takes minutes to make, and only two ingredients (unless you make your own salsa)! Doesn’t get much better than that!

WHY WE LOVE IT:

  • A creamy twist. Add some tang to your favorite store bought, or homemade salsa.
  • Just blend! It’s ready to go in 10 minutes. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
  • Only 2 ingredients!!! It’s especially quick if you start with your favorite store-bought salsa, but making your own is still pretty simple!

How to Make Cream Cheese Salsa Dip

  1. BLEND. Add 1 cup salsa and 8 ounces of cream cheese to a food processor and pulse until blended.
  2. CHILL. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Thicken

Prevent a runny dip by removing excess liquid before blending it with the cream cheese. If it is still too runny for your liking, blend in more cream cheese.
