Fresh Peach Salsa

Who here loves salsa?? It’s definitely our favorite type of Dip and for good reason too.

We are huge fans and love trying out different versions. From red salsa to Green Salsa to versions with delicious fruits – we love it any way that itโ€™s made.

Today, we wanted to share our favorite recipe for peach salsa using fresh peaches. If you havenโ€™t tried it before, you MUST!

The sweet and savory flavors of this recipe make it incredibly addicting and perfect for dipping Tortilla Chips or topping some of your favorite meats and tacos (plus, itโ€™s made in minutes)!

Prima Peaches

Whether itโ€™s salsa or a delicious treat or even just to eat as a snack, our go-to peaches are Primaยฎ peaches.

These sweet peaches are grown in Californiaโ€™s fertile San Joaquin Valley and are known for their delicious, fresh farm flavor. Each peach is hand-picked and delivered with care to ensure you are receiving the tastiest, juiciest peach.

Theyโ€™re also a good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, fiber, and potassium and make a great snack!

As mentioned, we love to enjoy these peaches alone and in our recipes. In case you want to do the same, you can find these fresh peaches in the grocery store from May to October.

Trust me – once you have one, you will want to make as many peach desserts as possible!

Recipe FAQ

Do I peel the peaches to make peach salsa?

You do not need to peel the peaches. I like to rub the fuzz off before washing and slicing, but that is optional.

How can I ripen my peaches to make homemade peach salsa?

Peaches are stone fruits which means they are picked hard and they ripen and soften with age. You can speed up the process by placing the peaches in a brown paper bag on your counter.

How do I make peach salsa spicy?

The jalapenos add the heat. For a mild salsa remove the membrane and seeds, but leave them in for a hot salsa. You can also add chili powder or red pepper flakes to amp up the heat.
