How to Make Rice Krispie Balls

  1. PREP. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, wax paper, or silpat.
  2. BOIL. In a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, add 1 cup corn syrup and 1 cup powdered sugar. Stir constantly while you bring it to a boil.
    • Remove the mixture just as it is beginning to boil otherwise overheating will end up creating a dry and crumbly treat.
  3. COMBINE. Remove the pot from the heat and add 1 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until smooth.
    • Mix in 4 cups of crispy rice cereal. Stir until well-coated.
  4. SHAPE. Drop the mix, a spoonful at a time, onto the lined baking sheet. Roll the drops into balls and cool.

How do you make them into balls. I buttered my hands it was a mess didn’t come out nice round like yours. Couldn’t get it off my hands. Would have made a hilarious video.

    1. Lil'Luna Team says:

You could spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray. You could also hold wax paper and roll the balls within the wax paper. Hopefully that may help if you make them again. ๐Ÿ™‚
