5 minute Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie is a thick and delicious drink filled with all the flavors of a strawberry cheesecake!
I love a good strawberry smoothie, and this strawberry cheesecake smoothie offers a fun and yummy twist on a classic! You’ll also love this Banana and Blueberry twist, if you like adding more fruit flavor.
Just like a strawberry cheesecake!
We love cheesecake, and we love smoothies, so when I saw this recipe for a strawberry cheesecake smoothie I knew I had to try it out!!! I adapted it and made it my own, and I must say it’s SO good.
You start with a regular strawberry smoothie base (milk, strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and ice) and add a twist. I threw in a couple cubes of cream cheese (giving it that cheesecake tang), and topped it with crumbled graham crackers.
Ta da!!! It literally tastes like a chilled cheesecake with extra strawberry… just how I like it.
These are perfect for a warm day, and would be super sweet served at a shower or party! They are also easy to change, based on your favorite fruit (I think blueberry or raspberry would be heavenly).
Just Blend!
BLEND. Place all ingredients minus the graham cracker crumbs in your blender. Blend until smooth.
ENJOY! Top with crumbs and fresh strawberry.
Variations
To make this recipe dairy free, instead of skim milk use any milk substitution such as almond, soy, oat, cashew, or coconut milk. For the yogurt and cream cheese there are vegan options at health food stores that you can look into using.
To make this smoothie a little bit healthier, here are a few tips: You can use Stevia or a no calorie sweetener instead of white sugar. You could also substitute low fat cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese to lower the fat content. Any way you make it it’s sure to become a new favorite!
Prepping Ingredients + Storing
You can make one smoothie, or multiple smoothies ahead by prepping the ingredients. You can wash, slice, and divide the fruit into individual sized portions and keep them in Ziploc bags in the freezer. The yogurt can be frozen in an ice cube tray. The ice and juice are best added to the smoothie right before mixing.
With the ingredients prepped like this, you can take the ingredients straight from the freezer to the blender!
If you make too much and need to STORE the leftovers, add a little bit of lemon juice or Sure Fresh so the smoothie doesn’t brown. If there’s a little room at the top of the container, cut a piece of plastic wrap and place it directly onto the top of the smoothie.
STORE in the fridge for 12 hours or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

I absolutely love this recipe. It was the first time I added cream cheese to my smoothie. I doubled the batch and it tasted amazing.
This might be also delicious with a strawberry protein shake, strawberries and the cream cheese.
