Sweet and fluffy cinnamon butter is whipped to perfection. With 4 ingredients and 5 minutes, it’s even better than Texas Roadhouse!!
Cinnamon butter provides a great topping for a variety of bread and vegetable items. Best Homemade Rolls, Glazed Carrots, and Homemade Cornbread just to name a few!
Texas roadhouse cinnamon Butter
I will never forget the first time I tasted the rolls at Texas Roadhouse. They were HUGE, buttery, so soft, and absolutely delicious!
What made them over the top good was the cinnamon butter slathered all over the top. The butter is whipped and creamy, filled with honey and cinnamon. It is so simple, but so good!
The sweet cinnamon/honey/butter combo is to die for. I’ve mastered the art of making their buttery rolls too. They’re spot on, and perfect with this sweet butter.
This cinnamon butter is also perfectly paired with classic toast, spread on a warm English muffin or French toast, or even stirred into.
How to make Cinnamon Butter
SOFTEN. For best results the butter needs to be very soft. Avoid heating the butter in the microwave. Simply leave it at room temperature for at least an hour.
CREAM. Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients until creamy and smooth.
SERVE. Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 5 days.
Tips + Storing Info
Butter must be at room temperature so that it mixes up creamy and delicious. Also, the better quality your butter is the better the recipe will be. Kerigold unsalted butter is in my top favorites.
Though this butter is famously paired with Texas Roadhouse Rolls it is equally delicious when spread on other things like:
STORE honey butter at room temperature for 1-3 days. If you haven’t devoured it by then, you can keep it in the fridge for up to 1 month.
FREEZE for up to 6 months.
Whether it has been chilling in the fridge or kept in the freezer, but sure to allow it enough time to soften before serving. Reheating in the microwave is unreliable and you can end up with butter soup so don’t do it.
