We love pasta because it’s simple and the whole family loves it!
We also love it because pasta is pretty forgiving in that you can use virtually any type of noodle in a given recipe.
Of course, there are a few recipes that you have to stick with what’s written (like lasagna), but other recipes can be switched up with whatever you have in the pantry.
Low carb Pasta: Before we get to the recipe lists I wanted to share some pasta alternatives to make these dishes even healthier. I’ve used spaghetti squash in some of my spaghetti bakes and my kids didn’t even notice!
As always, it’s also good to fill up any pasta dish with as many veggies as possible. Not only does it add to the flavor, but it also adds to the nutrition of the meal.
