  • Freezing the dough: Divide the dough into 3 or 4 sections. Roll each section into a disc making sure it is as thick as the recipe states. Wrap each disc with plastic wrap and then wrap them all together in aluminum foil. Label and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw before making your cut outs.
  • Storage: If frosted, allow the frosting to set before storing. Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Be sure to separate layers with wax or parchment paper.
