Who here does fast food?
I wish I could say we didn’t, but we probably pick it up once a week because of busy schedules or simply because this mama doesn’t feel like making a meal that night (just being honest here). 😉
There are some places we like more than others, but the biggest problem I have is making sure I can get something that is somewhat healthy. I know, I know. Fast food isn’t really considered “healthy”, but I’m here to tell you otherwise. Most fast food chains now understand that there are those trying to eat healthier and have provided “lighter” options on the menu. I’m very grateful for that because although I’d really love a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, Fries and a Frosty, I know I shouldn’t have those on a regular basis. 😉 With this in mind, I’ve compiled a list for you of some of my favorite Fast Food Menu Items under 300 Calories. I know I’ll be using this list the next time we pick up fast food to make sure I’m being better about my food options. 😉
